    服务承诺

    • 坚决执行《中华人民共和国产品质量法》、《中华人民共和国消费者权益保护法》及《部分商品修理、更换、退货责任规定》(即新 “三包”规定),为用户提供全方位服务。
    • 设立每天12小时(AM 8:30-PM 20:30)服务咨询、投诉热线,全国服务号码为400-668-2628。
    • 保修期内实行免费保修。
    • 属于下列情况之一者,不属于免费保修范围:

      1.因用户使用、维护、保养不当的造成损坏的;

      2.不能提供产品保修卡、购机发票或产品保修卡和购机发票经涂改过的;

      3.产品保修卡或购机发票上的产品型号、机身编码与所维修的产品型号、机身编码不符的;

      4.在销售时已经注明不实行免费保修的产品;

      5.因不可抗拒的自然灾害造成损坏的;

      6.超出国家规定和本公司规定保修期的产品。

    • Free warranty within the warranty period
    • One of the following situations is not covered by the free warranty:

      1. Damage caused by improper use, maintenance and maintenance by users;

      2. Cannot provide product warranty card, purchase invoice or product warranty card and purchase invoice after alteration;

      3. The product model and body code on the product warranty card or purchase invoice do not match the product model and body code being repaired;

      4. At the time of sale, it has been indicated that the product does not implement free warranty;

      5. Damage caused by irresistible natural disasters;

      6. Products that exceed national regulations and the company's warranty period.
